- ניהול רשומות רכבים ולקוחות
- מעקב אחר היסטוריית טיפולים
- קביעת פגישות ותזכורות
- גיבוי וייצוא נתונים
- קבלת התראות על פגישות
3. הרשמה וחשבון
3.1 זכאות
השירות מיועד לבעלי עסקים ומוסכים. עליכם להיות בני 18 ומעלה לשימוש בשירות.
3.2 אבטחת חשבון
- אתם אחראים לשמירה על סודיות פרטי הגישה שלכם
- עליכם להודיע לנו מיד על כל שימוש לא מורשה בחשבונכם
- אנו לא נישא באחריות לנזקים הנובעים מגישה לא מורשית לחשבונכם
4. שימוש מותר
אתם מתחייבים:
- להשתמש באפליקציה רק למטרות חוקיות
- לא להעלות תוכן פוגעני, בלתי חוקי או מזיק
- לא לנסות לפרוץ או לשבש את השירות
- לא להשתמש בשירות כדי לשלוח ספאם או תוכן לא רצוי
- לכבד את פרטיות הלקוחות שלכם
5. הנתונים שלכם
5.1 בעלות על נתונים
הנתונים שאתם מזינים באפליקציה (פרטי לקוחות, רכבים, טיפולים) שייכים לכם.
5.2 גיבויים
⚠️ חשוב: אתם אחראים לגבות את הנתונים שלכם באופן קבוע. השתמשו בפונקציית הגיבוי באפליקציה.
5.3 מחיקת נתונים
בעת מחיקת חשבון, כל הנתונים יימחקו לצמיתות תוך 30 יום. פעולה זו אינה ניתנת לביטול.
6. תשלום ומנוי
נכון להיום, האפליקציה מוצעת בחינם. אם יוצעו שירותים בתשלום בעתיד, תקבלו הודעה מראש.
7. קניין רוחני
- האפליקציה, העיצוב והקוד שייכים ל-DRVN
- אינכם רשאים להעתיק, לשנות או להפיץ את האפליקציה
- השם "DRVN" והלוגו הם סימנים מסחריים שלנו
8. הגבלת אחריות
האפליקציה מסופקת "כמות שהיא" (AS IS).
- אנו לא מתחייבים שהשירות יהיה זמין 100% מהזמן
- אנו לא אחראים לאובדן נתונים (גבו באופן קבוע!)
- אנו לא אחראים לנזקים עקיפים או תוצאתיים
- האחריות המקסימלית שלנו מוגבלת לסכום ששילמתם עבור השירות
9. שינויים בשירות
אנו שומרים את הזכות:
- לעדכן או לשנות את האפליקציה בכל עת
- להפסיק את השירות עם התראה של 30 יום מראש
- לשנות תנאים אלה - שינויים יפורסמו באפליקציה
10. סיום שימוש
אנו רשאים להשעות או לסגור את חשבונכם אם:
- הפרתם תנאי שימוש אלה
- השתמשתם בשירות לפעילות בלתי חוקית
- לא השתמשתם בחשבון במשך 12 חודשים
11. דין חל וסמכות שיפוט
תנאים אלה כפופים לחוקי מדינת ישראל. סכסוכים יידונו בבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל.
12. יצירת קשר
בשימוש באפליקציה, אתם מאשרים שקראתם והסכמתם לתנאי שימוש אלה.

- The name "DRVN" and logo are our trademarks
8. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "AS IS".
- We do not guarantee the service will be available 100% of the time
- We are not responsible for data loss (back up regularly!)
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service
9. Service Changes
We reserve the right to:
- Update or modify the app at any time
- Discontinue the service with 30 days advance notice
- Change these terms - changes will be published in the app
10. Termination
We may suspend or close your account if:
- You violate these Terms of Service
- You use the service for illegal activity
- You haven't used the account for 12 months
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are subject to the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes will be heard in the competent courts in Israel.
